Over thirty five years ago, Taylor Jenkins had a dream. It was to build high quality fiberglass '33 Willys bodies. So, with a dream and a partner (Charles Powell), he formed the company J and P Fiberglass. Together they molded over the "Mr Gasket " gasser and built the first fiberglass '33 Panel Truck. Then they purchased the Barnett Brothers '33 Coupe gasser and molded over it to create the first fiberglass '33 Coupe. After selling a half dozen of each, one thing lead to another, the fiberglass camper top buisness was booming, and there was no time for building cars anymore.
After many years and countless successes in other fiberglass ventures, Taylor and his stepson Larry Whitten are back in the car building buisness. Hand building the high quality glass Willys bodies.
